Isagenix Cleanse – Day 01 of 30

So, I decided that it is time for me to quite making excuses as to why I don’t lose weight. Right now, I weigh more than I ever have my entire life. I weighed in at 237.6 lbs. this morning and that really sucks. I would really like to get to 185 lbs. That is a goal that seems pretty far down the road right now, but I believe it is possible for me to reach.

I have done an Isagenix 9 day cleanse before and it really helped me to get a kick start and reset some of my bad eating patterns. I decided this would be a good start to an impossible game. I am going to be documenting at least once a week usually more. If you have any feedback or suggestions, be sure to leave them below.

  1. Very cool. I am proud of you for taking this step. How is going after a few days?

    • So… I will be making another video on Wednesday (That will be the one week mark). It is going pretty good. I cheated over the weekend at some family parties, but I am back on and will weigh-in on Wednesday. Thanks for the support!

  2. Good Luck! I will be watching. :-) I hope it works for you! Do you want to try and run a half marathon at the end of this coming summer with me?

    • I’m not sure about the half marathon. I may take that on… Right now, just want to lose a little weight. That is my first game. I understand that training for a half marathon will help me lose weight, but I am only committing to what I know will actually do. I’ll let you know though. Let me know which one you are going to do.
